Safe handover of your vehicle

Drive Vauxhall has implemented a number of cautionary processes in order to adhere to the government guidelines around contactless delivery/collection of your vehicle.

We ask that during your appointment, you do the following:

  • Please keep to your exact appointment time
  • Late arrivals for drop off or collection will be re-scheduled
  • Please park in designated areas
  • Observe safe distancing rules
  • Follow any instructions given by members of staff
  • Strictly No Waiting within dealership
  • Leave keys in designated drop box
  • Payments by card only
  • Please use sanitising facilities provided


In order to protect you, your vehicle and our staff, we will ensure the following procedures are followed:

  • Sanitising products will be used on your vehicle
  • Courtesy Cars used for emergency cases only will be sanitised
  • Service Advisors and Technicians will wear Personal Protection Equipment
  • Surface areas will be sanitised
  • Safe distancing areas will be marked
  • Verbal agreements will replace any required signatures

All departments will follow strict procedures in order to adhere with the government advice around preventing the spread of COVID-19. The following health and safety processes will be followed at each of our locations with immediate effect:

1) Social Distancing Measures will be adhered to throughout our showrooms with floor markings and signs to follow in order to manage movement of customers and employees on-site

2) Hand Sanitising Stations will be available at all of our locations

3) Sneeze screens have been fitted at our showrooms to ensure the safety of our customers and our employees

4) We can now offer a Contactless Experience at our showrooms without the need for signing any physical document

5) Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be available to all our customers upon request and will be worn by all our employees at all times

Please be assured that each of our team members have been fully trained in all of the necessary techniques in order for us to keep everyone’s safety the highest priority. The measures that we have put in place have been audited by an external, highly rated risk assessment company.
