At Drive Vauxhall, we have a wide selection of new and used cars including various pre-registered models also available. To those unaware of industry jargon, pre-registered and pre-reg vehicles may sound completely alien so we’re here to educate you on this specific type of vehicle.
What is a Pre-registered Car?
Simply put, pre-registered vehicles look and smell like a new car, with the only difference being that they’re registered by us on delivery. Although this technically makes them used, it’s likely these motors will have less than 50 miles on the clock and will have never left our forecourt. As a result of this, we are unable to advertise these vehicles as ‘brand new’ however they will always be in perfect condition.
How Does a Pre-reg Vehicle Benefit you?
Our pre-registered cars are great for customers who want a great price and instant delivery. There are massive savings to be made on some of the most popular Vauxhall models focusing on areas such as trim levels and engines. Depending on the time of year, you could find your dream model, equipped with some high spec advancements.
What are the Downsides to Pre-registered Vehicle?
Expectedly there are some ‘cons’ to buying a pre-reg car, however, these will seem more negative to some more than others depending on what you’re looking for. As the car is already registered, the manufacturer warranty will be reduced. This doesn’t mean you’ll lose out completely as, in most cases, vehicles will have only been registered for a short period of time. Again, you won’t be able to tailor the specifications or colour to suit your exact needs and preference, our pre-registered stock is vast and gives customers the latest Vauxhall models for a fraction of the cost.
We guarantee to be upfront and honest with all our customers. Despite their ‘pre-reg’ status, some of our best models and deals will fall into this category. Browse Drive Vauxhall's nearly new cars today to save some serious money!
