Service Manager, Drive Vauxhall Aldershot

Having had previous experience in a similar role within the service department of an automotive business and have a strong customer focused background.

The Role:

Being responsible for the day to day operation and management of the team in a busy service department. Lead, inspire and support your team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals and targets.

Your role will be crucial in supporting the General Manager to drive forward the aftersales department performance and that of the dealership.

You and your team should strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction standards and customer retention.  Complaints should be managed and resolved effectively whilst adhering to policies and procedures.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • To achieve Vauxhall customer satisfaction target
  • To achieve labour sales target.
  • To achieve targets for product challenge set on a monthly basis
  • To achieve mystery shop & quality standards set on a monthly basis
  • To achieve VHC KPI’s and quality measures
  • To achieve service plan targets set on a monthly basis

Job Requirements:

  • Be experienced in the Service Industry
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Be self motivated and the ability to motivate a team to produce excellent result
  • Possess a high energy for work
