The available dates for this promotion are 9th November to 8th December 2019 (last check-out date) OR 4th January 2020 to 8th March 2020 (last check-out date) for Pueblo Evita Club, Costa del Sol. Availability at Fairways Club, Tenerife is 3rd April to 20th June 2020 (last check-out date). Check-in days for Costa del Sol are Saturday or Sunday and Tuesday or Friday for Tenerife. This excludes school holidays which may be available upon request for an upgrade fee. If your booking is for a studio apartment, flight/travel details need to be received holidays@leisuretimesolutions.co.uk WITHIN 12 weeks from receipt of your Temporary Confirmation (or 6 weeks prior to travel whichever date falls first).  Once these flight itinerary details have been received, the resort will be informed that your reservation has been confirmed.  If flight/travel itinerary details are not received within this time period, your Temporary Reservation will automatically be cancelled and your unique promotional code will no longer be valid as only one voucher/code can be used per booking/per household.
  15. Studio bookings cannot be booked more than 12 months in advance of travel and will be released at the end of each relevant month due to the flight rules in Clause 14.
  16. You will be responsible for any damage to the apartment/resort during your stay. A €100 damage deposit will be requested which will be returned in full should no damage occur.
  17. We reserve the right to amend the terms of this offer without notice in the event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or event of a similar nature.
