Dear Sirs,

I have recently purchased an Astravan from your dealership in Aldershot after looking at many other makes.

The reason I made the purchase after just "popping in" to look at the new models was entirely down to the excellent treatment I received.

From the moment I approached the main entrance I asked a young member of staff if he could point me in the direction of Commercial sales, he instead accompanied me to the commercial sales executive and introduced me to Andy Goode.

Andy immediately took the time to show me round the new models Astravan in the showroom and had the answers to all my enquiries, he then took me out for a test drive. His pleasant manner and his knowledge of the van market made the decision to buy a van very easy.

When I had made my decision I was then introduced to Chris Symonds who explained the various options available to me.

Chris like Andy was very easy to deal with and had all the answers to hand. These two members of staff were way above the levels of service I had become accustomed to in recent dealings with other showrooms.

It is very easy to write and complain about poor service because it does annoy you a great deal but in this instance I felt I had to write because the service was so good and because of it I purchased the van.

I wish the team at Drive every success for the future, they deserve it!
