We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Business Manager to join our highly successful sales team. You must have a proven track record within a Motor Retail Sales environment and be able to demonstrate a consistent achievement of all sales targets.
In particular you will be able to demonstrate a high level of F& I conversion in your current role,previous experience within this role would be an advantage.
You will need to be enthusiastic, tenacious and take personal responsibility for your own performance and results. Working as part of a team is a major part of the role so good communication skills are essential
